What color should I get?
Some people buy colors that work well with their strollers - either by choosing a matching color or a great contrasting color. Others just go for a color they love. But the most important thing is to express your individuality and choose a color that's you! We have a lot to choose from, so have fun.
What kind of strollers do Il Tutto baby bags work on?
Il Tutto baby bags can attach to a wide variety of strollers. In fact, the bag easily attaches to any full-size model, whether it has two separate handlebars or one long horizontal handlebar (such as on jogging strollers and most double strollers). Double strollers will also work with our bags.
How do I clean and care for my Il Tutto bag?
The unique feature of all Il Tutto bags is that the lining can be zipped out for washing. To wash the lining, please remove from the main leather bag by zipping around the top zip. The internals can then be washed in a warm gentle cycle. Please do not tumble dry or iron.
To clean the leather please use a good quality Leather care Cream. We recommend Waproo Leather cream (If a cheap supermarket brand is used we cannot guarantee it won't damage the leather). Please use a small amount (size of 5cent piece) on a clean white cloth. Use with a dabbing motion to lift dirt. Leather care cream is also recommended to use every 6 months all over the leather to maintain the leathers softness and durability. What kind of warranty does Il Tutto Offer on its products?
Here at Il Tutto, we stand behind our bags and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from time of purchase (please note proof of purchase is required ).
We ask that you return all defective products to us for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
*Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)

Can I Lay-by a bag?
Yes, we offer a layby service on the il tutto collection. We will require a 20% deposit of the total invoice and the balance paid within 6 weeks of this date. We will offer you weekly email reminders to keep you on track with your payments. Please note that products available in the sale category are not eligible for layby.
