Lucie Trinco Designer / Director
Designer Lucie Trinco knows handbags. With her training honed in Milan, Italy, she spent the last 3 years before starting Il Tutto as Head of Design at Oroton, and has designed handbags for brands such as Jigsaw, Mambo, Fiorelli and Saba. At an age when her friends are having babies, Lucie saw a gap in the market for an on-trend bag that catered to the needs of a new mother. Realising there were no baby bags out there she would want to be seen carrying, Lucie knew she had to do something. "When my friends were begging me to design them a bag with baby features they couldn't find in a cool and luxurious leather handbag, I researched the market, and realised nobody was doing it well. Not everybody wants a gingham bag in blue or pink that screams new mother".
Lucie has been happily married to her husband Mario for 8 years and they have two little girls, Francesca who is 3, Clementine who is 15 months and she is pregnant with her third child due in August. She is passionate about creating luxurious baby bags for mums and continues to come up with new and exciting ideas.
Favourite bag: The Nico in Nude The Nude Nico goes with everything and is large enough to carry everything I need for 2 children still in nappies. Its wipe clean and light to carry for such a big bag - I would be lost without it.

Clare Condon Sales Manager
Clare began her fashion career at Escada’s London Head Office while on a working holiday in the UK. It was here that she learnt all about quality, luxurious fabrics and amazing design. After a fun 2 years, she joined Oroton as their Sales Manager and forged a long-lasting friendship with Lucie. Another International Fashion opportunity called 3 years later and she found herself selling luxurious Italian fashion brands such as MaxMara and M Missoni into many beautiful fashion boutiques across Australia and New Zealand. An accessories and handbag girl at heart (with a wardrobe bursting with scarves, bags, clothes and boots!!) Clare jumped at the chance to join Lucie and the team at il tutto in 2010. She loves anything related to fashion- news, gossip, trends, new hair styles..you name it and she’s on it !
Favourite bag: The Georgia in taupe This hobo is il tutto’s most sophisticated style to date. It is an easy wear shape that moulds into your body and the taupe is such a good neutral that I know it will match all of my tan, choc and grey boots this winter. I can also wear it across by body which is a great option when I travel. The veg tan leather is such a luxurious skin that will soften and improve with wear. I love the insulated side pockets too to keep my cosmetics in tact and at easy reach. |

Gina Brazier UK - Sales Executive
An Australian residing in London, Gina married an Englishman Joe and is mum to two gorgeous boys Jack (2) and Oscar (1). With a background in Marketing and as a make up artist, Gina now is responsible for managing the UK sales of Il Tutto. She is passionate about growing the sales in the UK so all English mums can experience and enjoy the Il Tutto changing bags. Before the arrival of Jack, Gina desperately wanted the Chiara cream and as a lovely surprise, Jack's godfather, delivered it to her door in London! It was not long after this that Gina was happily selling the entire range in the UK.
Favourite bag: Nico in Navy "If I had to to chose only one, right now it would have to be the Nico in navy (before it was the Chiara in cream!). The Nico navy is 'Hot' - it has a gorgeous subtle colour that works perfectly with my neutral coloured wardrobe! Fashion aside, this bag is the perfect size for two children who require the contents of a small convenience store packed before leaving the door. I use the two large internal pockets to hold nappies and snacks. The two internal side pockets are used for the boys water bottles (great pockets as they help to prevent spillage) and the external side pocket is for my trusted Blackberry and the external zipped pocket hold my keys and lip glosses. I can't not mention the extra large internal capacity that is usually filled with cars, balls, clothing and right now if you can believe it sunscreen!
My other favourite bag is the Olivia which is often found in my Nico as at times I use it as my main wallet and if I am racing out the door for quick trip to the park I can swing this bag over my shoulder knowing it will have some cash, keys and a keycard!"

Penny Cadzow Canada - Sales Executive
After completing a Bachelor of Textile Design at RMIT, Penny soon left her home town Melbourne and followed love to live in Sydney, at her favourite Manly beach. It was while working at Mambo that Penny met Lucie, and within a year was working along side her at Oroton learning all there is to know about handbags including quality, function and design. Penny’s love for handbags had begun – and she’s never looked back!! Over the next 4 years Penny was Accessory Designer at brands including Marcs, Morrissey, and Sportscraft. After a wedding in Byron and 6 years enjoying Sydney’s beaches, Penny and her husband packed their bags and burmese kitten and relocated to Canada for his work. Now based in downtown Toronto Penny is thrilled to be working with Lucie again and to be part of the Il Tutto team, selling the range to the Canadian market. Now pregnant herself, Penny will no doubt have 3 or 4 Il Tutto bags for herself by the time the baby arrives in January!
Favourite bag: LAYLA Black
"It's the perfect size to fit my laptop and I love the spacious pockets at the front for easy access and the comfortable wide shoulder straps. The contrast tan and patent details make it individual to any other bag on the market, and I get lots of comments including how luxurious and sophisticated it looks. I also use the OLIVIA clutch as a wallet as I can pop my i-phone and keys in it if I need to duck down to the shops, or it can fit my passport which is perfect while travelling."

Olga Kolářová Czech Republic Distributor
Born in Prague, I studied history and languages at University. Following the completion of my degree I began a year long working holiday in Oxford in the UK working as a PR and Marketing Manager for various companies. I particularly loved working for Kiss Radio as it allowed me to express my creative side and funnily enough my boss was actually from Sydney!
I have 3 children; the eldest two are 8 and 6. Little Vincent (19 months) was born in Sydney and will always remind me of the beautiful 4 years I spent there with my Husband Vit and family.
Favourite bag: Nico Black.
"As my family and I travel a lot, I was looking for a bag that is stylish, great quality and big enough to fit all of the kids items such as three water bottles, lollies, toys, nappies, wipes, snacks, spare and jumpers and sometimes... yes ladies... a blanket! Who would of thought this would fit in also! I love my black Nico and I am always surprised by how many things I can fit in this bag. Another reason why I am such a big fan of the Nico is that I can take it with me to Vincent’s swimming lessons of a morning, then to my business meetings in the afternoons AND I also carry it in the evening when I go out with my husband. It’s the one bag that is so suitable for so many different occasions".
